Jim Shaw oversees operations for all of Canada and is directly responsible for sales, marketing, management of and assessment of all work plan strategies via the integration of systems, people, and processes. Jim has oversight of Canadian provincial offices Jim has over 20 years’ experience in the Accounts Receivable Outsourcing Industry; and has complete oversight of EOS Canada’s offices. His long standing interest in accounts receivable management propelled him to serve as President of the Ontario Society of Collection Agencies (O.S.C.A.), a not-for-profit group comprised of many of the top Canadian agencies, and focused on education, marketing and legislative issues affecting the risk management market in Canada, from2003 to 2006. Jim has extensive experience managing both first and third party operations serving Canadian and US clients from onshore, nearshore and offshore contact centres.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, Nathan Bray has full operational accountability for recovery operations from coast to coast. With more than 17 years of industry experience encompassing both first and third party collections, he brings a deep and varied level of knowledge, as well as a proven track record to this position. Over the years, Nathan has overseen the operations of contact centers at both the regional and national levels. In addition to his operational experience, he has spearheaded the development and successful implementation of various quality, analytics and legal programs.
John Van Dam is responsible for communication networks, system design, development, and integration across application server and telephony platforms. John has over 32 years of experience in the technology field, including implementation of client interfaces for key clients such as telcos, financial institutions, and government agencies. Over the last 24 years, he has held increasingly senior positions, leading technology teams within national and international organizations in the receivables management industry. John manages all aspects of systems and telephony for program implementation and ongoing programs.
Abdul Wahid is responsible for the financial administration of EOS Canada including financial reporting/audits, trust accounts, accounts payable/receivable, payroll and company administrative services. Abdul has more than 30 years of accounting experience in Canada and abroad and joined EOS Canada in 2001 as Controller. He also volunteers his expertise with several non-profit boards including the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. Abdul has earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree as well as several accounting designations including CGA (Ontario), CPA (Illinois) and CA (Bangladesh).
