Salary commensurate with experience
Agents will contact and receive calls from consumers via telephone in an attempt to collect overdue debt owed to our clients. During the process, agents must be able to answer consumers’ questions regarding their account, negotiate payment in full or an acceptable repayment arrangement. Agencys must also be able to overcome obstacles and/or objections while keeping control of the conversation while maintaining a polite tone and manner.
