Agents will be employed to work on (Noble) predictive Dialer that automatically places outbound calls and delivers answered calls to agents. During the course of conversation the agent must overcome obstacles and or objections while keeping control of the conversation. Pitch, tone and pacing are paramount in a solid collection call.
Achieve monthly targets.
Ask probing key questions in order to make a solid payment arrangement.
Provide superior Customer Service Adhere to client and company policies.
Resolve customer inquiries.
Diffuse customer disputes/complaints to prevent escalation.
Must be flexible in scheduling to work evenings, Saturdays and Sundays
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Excel under pressure/stress.
Bilingual is an asset (English / French).
Able to meet targets and deadlines.
Professional demeanor and effective communication skills.
